"Baby's Breath" type Euphorbias
'Diamond Frost' & other cultivars
Family: Euphorbiaceae
These perennial flowering plants look somewhat like a miniature snowflake (Euphorbia leucocephala) but flower more or less continuously. 'Diamond Frost' is the best known but there are other cultivars of a similar style coming into the marketplace.
These are NOT the "baby's breath" typically used in floristry. That's Gypsophila paniculata, sometimes also called "gyp", which is in the carnation family. At a distance, the appearance is rather similar. Presumably that's the reason these euphorbias have been given this name as well.
