Terms and Conditions for Get Results Gardening

Eligibility: Subscriptions (including trials) are only offered to customers located in Australia. Any subscription request or correspondence that is suspected of being spam, AI-generated or having a foreign source may be blocked or ignored. Price includes GST. ABN 38518961623.

Subscription periods: An annual subscription includes the weekly editions issued within a year-long period. The first paid year will commence on the day the first paid-for email is sent and annual renewals will commence on the day after the previous paid year ends.

Cancellations and Refunds: You are purchasing a 12-month subscription as a package. If you fail to pay by the date indicated on the tax invoice, your subscription may be cancelled and emails will cease. No full or partial refunds are given if you change your mind after you've paid, but you can follow the unsubscribe instructions if you no longer wish to receive the emails. You may be entitled to a refund if Calyx Horticultural Services fails to deliver all the emails agreed to within the subscription period and you have taken reasonable steps to ensure your computer or device is able to receive the emails (see below). It is your responsibility to archive your emails for later viewing if you wish to (see below).

Non-delivery of emails: Please get in touch if you are not receiving emails as expected, because errors can occur. However, first check that the emails have not been erroneously sent to the spam or junk folder by your email program or security software and that your inbox has not exceeded its limit. It's also possible that emails are actually being blocked by your email provider or that your attempt to redirect emails to another account or desktop application has gone wrong. It won't be possible to reply to queries via email if something at your end is stopping them being delivered, so please phone if you don't get a reply in 2-3 days (Contact Page).

Format/viewing problems, archiving emails: A few people using Microsoft Office on the desktop have had problems with the emails not displaying properly. If this is the case, try opening the emails in a different email reader or directly in the relevant webmail application (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, etc). Get Results Gardening is delivered in a simple html email format and should be readable using most email applications. To see images, you'll need to allow them (many email programs block images by default) and have an active internet connection. To save a complete email including images for offline viewing or personal archiving, select print and save to PDF or save the page as a complete webpage. If you only download the the .eml file, you won't be able to see the images offline or if the Calyx Horticultural Services website at www.calyx.com.au ceases to operate in the future.

Copyright: Intellectual property rights over original text and images is retained by Calyx Horticultural Services. This includes the original component of derived work, subject to any conditions imposed by the first author/creator (e.g. ShareAlike Creative Commons licenses require that the derivative is distributed under the same license).

Privacy and Spam: Your name and contact information will not be sold to third parties. Email addresses and information from emails or elsewhere may be collected for management of the mailing list and for analysis of users/subscribers. Non-identifying statistical information may be collated and disclosed to third parties. By subscribing or by otherwise contacting the publisher for any reason, you are agreeing to receive future correspondence from the publisher by email or other means.
