Photinia
Photinia species and cultivars
Family: RosaceaePhotinia is a genus of shrubs/trees that is grown more in the southern states and would be very suitable for Toowoomba, but can be grown in the more subtropical parts of SE Qld.
It is usually grown as a medium to large hedge, the red new growth in spring giving a good show of colour.
